Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

Dri-Tex Restoration ("Dri-Tex," "we," "us," or "our") operates dri-tex.com. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It applies to the website only. It does not cover information you give us in person, by phone, or in the course of restoration work at your property, which is governed by our service agreements and ordinary business records practices.

If you have questions about this policy, call us at (936) 324-0006 or write to us at the address at the end of this page.

Information You Give Us Directly

Estimate and contact requests. When you request an estimate or contact us through a form on this site, we collect the information you enter. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address or service location, and a description of the damage or service you need. Providing this information is how we reach you and understand the job, so we need it to respond.

Employment applications. If you apply for a position through this site, we collect the information in your application, which may include your name, contact details, work history, qualifications, certifications, and any resume or supporting document you upload. We use this information to evaluate your application and, where applicable, to contact you about the role. Employment application data is handled separately from customer inquiry data and is not used for marketing.

Financing inquiries. This site offers financing tools provided by Hearth. When
you enter information into the financing calculator or financing application, that

information is transmitted to Hearth to generate options and process your request.

Hearth receives this information directly and handles it under its own privacy

policy, which governs what Hearth does with it. We encourage you to review Hearth's

privacy policy before submitting information through these tools.

Communications. If you email us, call a number listed on this site, or respond to a message from us, we keep a record of that exchange so we can serve you properly and maintain accurate job records.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit dri-tex.com, certain information is collected automatically by our analytics and advertising tools.

Device and usage data. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the links you click, the site or ad that referred you, and the approximate geographic area indicated by your IP address. This information is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs.

Cookies and similar technologies. Our site uses cookies and comparable technologies such as pixels and tags. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others support analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.

Advertising identifiers. When you arrive from a Google or Meta advertisement, parameters in the link may identify which campaign or ad brought you here. We use this to measure which advertising is working.

Third-Party Services We Use

We use the following services, each of which collects information through our site under its own privacy policy.

Google Analytics 4. Measures site traffic and how visitors move through the site. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy, and Google offers a browser opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. We advertise on Google and use conversion tracking to measure which advertising produces inquiries. Google Tag Manager manages the tags that make this work.

Meta Pixel. We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel measures the results of that advertising and allows us to show ads to people who have visited our site. Meta's privacy policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Phone call tracking. When you click a phone number on this site, we record that
the click happened so we can measure which advertising generates calls. We do not

record, listen to, or store any phone conversation.

Hosting and form processing. Our website host and form processing services receive the information you submit in order to deliver it to us.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to estimate requests, service inquiries, and questions
  • Schedule, perform, and document restoration and construction work
  • Communicate with you about a job in progress
  • Process and evaluate employment applications
  • Prepare documentation that supports an insurance claim, where you have asked us to perform work related to one
  • Measure which advertising and marketing produces inquiries, and improve it
  • Understand how visitors use the site so we can make it more useful
  • Meet legal, regulatory, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and misuse of the site

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We do share information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. Companies that host our site, process our forms, manage our customer records, deliver our email, track calls, and support our advertising receive information to perform those functions on our behalf.

Advertising and analytics platforms. As described above, Google and Meta receive information about site activity through their analytics and advertising tools. Under some state privacy laws, this type of sharing for advertising measurement and targeting may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information even though no money changes hands. You can limit it using the choices described in the next section.

Insurance carriers and adjusters. Where you have engaged us for work connected to an insurance claim, we provide documentation of the loss and the work performed to your carrier or adjuster as part of the normal claims process.

Subcontractors and trade partners. Where a job requires specialized trades, we share the information necessary to perform that portion of the work.

Financing partners. If you pursue financing through the tools on this site, the information you enter is transmitted to the financing provider.

Legal requirements. We disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory authority, and where necessary to establish or defend legal claims, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.

Business transfers. If Dri-Tex is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Your Choices

Cookies. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when a site sets one. Instructions are in your browser's help documentation.

Advertising. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google at adssettings.google.com and through Meta in your account ad preferences. Industry opt-out tools are available at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. Many browsers and devices also offer tracking controls, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where our systems recognize them.

Marketing communications. If you receive marketing email from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop communications about a job in progress.

Access, correction, and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising. Texas residents have rights of this kind under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states have comparable rights under their own laws.

To make a request, call (936) 324-0006 or email info@dri-tex.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, which usually means confirming details that match our records. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.

Some information cannot be deleted on request. We retain records required for contracts, warranties, licensing, insurance claims, tax, and legal obligations.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the legal, warranty, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to restoration and construction work. Employment application records are kept for the period required by applicable employment law. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of the platforms described above.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you need to send us sensitive information, calling us at (936) 324-0006 is preferable to submitting it through a web form.

Children

This site is directed to adults and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to Other Sites

Our site links to other websites, including those of financing partners, manufacturers, certifying organizations, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
